About delivery method and shipping fee
We will deliver by Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or Yamato Transport. (We do not accept the designation of the delivery company)
If the total amount of one order is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, the shipping fee is free (paid by us).
If the amount is less than 11,000 yen, please check the shipping fee below. (including consumption tax)
If you specify multiple delivery addresses in one order, we ask you to pay the shipping fee for each address.
*However, shipping may be free during the campaign period.

We are limited to domestic deliveries only.
We will ship within 1-3 business days (*) from your order.
*Delivery services are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.

Delivery times may be slightly delayed during busy periods such as the end of the year, the beginning of the year, and long holidays. Please note.

About overseas shipping
We currently offer shipping within Japan and unfortunately, we do not ship overseas. Please note that we can deliver only in Japan. Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the customer uses transfer service to ship overseas.
About gift wrapping and Noshi
Gift wrapping and Noshi are available for all products.

Receipts can be issued on the web, enclosed with the product in writing, or mailed.
