Necessary charges other than product price
We will deliver by Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or Yamato Transport. (We do not accept the designation of the delivery company)
If the total amount of one order is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, the shipping fee is free (paid by us). If the amount is less than 11,000 yen, please check the shipping fee below. (Consumption tax included) If you specify multiple delivery destinations in one order, we ask that you pay the shipping fee for each destination.
*However, shipping may be free during the campaign period.
We will inform you of the shipping company and invoice number in the shipping completion email.
Delivery destinations are limited to Japan only.
In the unlikely event that we do not have it in stock, we will manufacture it and it will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. In that case, we will contact you in advance.

About returns, defective products, and cancellations
We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
Only if the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product.
We will pay for the defective product. Other charges will be borne by the customer.

Please contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the product.
